Current Ministry Involvement

Rick is currently doing outreach through church revivals, ski area outreach, forest fire chapels, rodeo chapels and evangelism training. He has recently begun focusing more on multi-day evangelistic meetings and Christian Enrichment meetings. Rick and Melva serve as sponcers for the local Fellowship of Christian Athletes groups as well.

These are fruitful times of exhorting and encouraging the body of Christ. A special burden is to teach periodically in Christian Seminiaries and Schools, stirring up the hearts of future Christian leaders to creative evangelism. In line with this, Rick has served an Adjunct Professor at Denver Seminary; and is also involved as a consultant for the Billy Graham Advanced School of Evangelism.

Rick was asked by the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association to write a handbook for beginning evangelists. He completed this in the fall of 1993. It is now in multiple printings. Rick was also asked to speak at the North American Conference for Itinerant Evangelists, held in Louisville, Kentucky. The radio program "Unshackled" produced a drama based on his testimony.
